Values

We interact with organizations and individuals pursuing different goals from various perspectives: big companies, free software communities, coworkers, NGOs, freelancers, artists, etc. Our strength is precisely to allow this diversity to meet around technology, each benefiting from the other thanks to the free / open source software approach.

In order to provide a sound basis for these diverse interactions, we have chosen to clearly state the values of our organization. Our customers and partners don't have to agree with these values, but thanks to them, they know what can (and cannot) be expected from us.

Progress
Our primary motivation when working through Argeo is to contribute to the progress of mankind. Argeo being a successful and profitable company is simply a mean to this end. We pledge never to undertake actions that would hinder progress.

Profit
We help our customers to earn or save a lot of money based on the hard work of our highly skilled coworkers and years of investment in our software stack. This does not come for cheap. Our coworkers and investors deserve to be well rewarded for their efforts and the risks they take.

Freedom
People are more productive when they can freely decide how much time and efforts they invest in a given job. We have flexible work agreements for each of our coworkers, many of them also pursuing other activities.
