Argeo is a software company and consultancy specialized in the integration of free and open source software. We create highly customized applications based on proven modern technologies for a low overall cost of development, deployment and maintenance.

Argeo.org hosts our development infrastructure and resources. We quickly develop quality software thanks to a broad and consistent selection of third-party libraries and to our own open source software layers. Our code and development process is public, allowing rich interactions with the free software communities and giving our customers control over the dependencies of the applications we develop for them.

Complementary to pure software development and leveraging our multi-disciplinary background, we are currently developing consulting activities in fields and regions which have yet to benefit fully from the potential of free and open source software. These include academic research, economic development, crisis management as well as cultural or artistic production.

We work on IT systems engineering.

We produce ideas on how to apply it to the real world.
